Hi, I just bought your trooper mouse and my problem is that the pointer
is shaky and begins to slowly move on its own. I have adjusted the mouse
sensitivity up and down and it is always the same. How do I fix this?
Written by
Reboot your System. If this condition reoccurs then please check your mouse surface. High performance gaming Laser sensors are very sensitive and can behave erratically on reflective surfaces. If you still have the same problem after changing your surface, then I'd suggest a replacement. Contact the reseller (etailer or store) you purchased it from and follow their Defective Return policy. If you have any problems with the return to them, then please contact us. You have 1yr warranty.

I have a MAC, is the WARRIOR or TIMBERWOLF compatible with it?
Written by
Just as any PC-compatible USB keyboard works with the Mac. It shouldn't cause any problems, provided you have an available USB port to use. Although the Warrior comes with no software, getting the Mac to recognize it is a plug-and-play affair. Generally, when the Mac encounters a new keyboard, the Mac asks you to press the keys immediately to the left and right of the Shift keys at opposite ends of the keyboard, so the Mac can figure out if you're using a Japanese, European or English keyboard layout. No issue for the TIMBERWOLF however with the Warrior, because there's only one Shift key. It takes a few keystrokes, but eventually the Mac gives up and just asks you to select which keyboard you think the Warrior is. Identifying it as a regular English keyboard works.

I plugged in the Wolfking Warrior Keyboard into my Vista Machine and found
out it does not work. Vista states I need drivers for this.

Don’t worry. The WARRIOR will work great with Vista.First we recommend you install Vista SP1 (Service Pack 1) the free download from Microsoft. This will enable the WARRIOR to automatically install in Vista. However, if you don’t want to install SP1 (which is really recommended, because it has other benefits for Vista operation) you can get Vista to recognize the WARRIOR by manually setting the System BIOS to enable support of "USB 1.1â€. Sometimes the choice is also referred to as "Compatible Mode" or "Legacy" in the BIOS set up. Refer to your PC's manual on the steps to access and modify the BIOS during Boot Up Sequence. Please let us know if you have any problems with either of these solutions.

The WARRIOR I purchased several months has stopped working. I understand
that WOLFKING has a one-year warranty. I tried to return it to the dealer
for warranty service, but they only have a 30-day return policy.
Can I get a warranty repl

In the event you are unable to get a warranty return processed with the dealer. We are happy to provide a replacement to you. However, we will need the defective unit sent to our facility before a replacement can be sent. You must provide the following information for us to issue RA # (Return Authorization Number).
- Complete address that you prefer the replacement ship to.
- Copy of Proof of Purchase - please either email to daniel@wolfkingusa.com or fax it to 909 203-4469 attention to Daniel.
Upon receipt of above information, we will issue RA# and reply along with the return instruction to you. Please note that customer will be responsible for the shipping charges for the return to WOLFKING's LA facility. Note that repair/replacement is subject to WOLFKING's evaluation that unit has defect in material or manufacturing. Damage inflicted by the end user will not qualify for warranty coverage.
